Quik Stage Return Policies

For Portable Staging, Stage Accessories, Trussing, Lifts and any other Truck Freight item:

Please keep in mind that products such as portable staging, stage accessories, trussing, lifts, ramps, pipe and bases or any other items that ship by truck freight are heavy and need to ship by on a 4 x 8 pallet and are difficult to return for everyone involved without a lot of expense for all parties concerned. PLEASE, before you click purchase in our online store or place an order by any other means with us, be sure that these are the exact items you are looking for. If you have an item that you wish to return that was not shipped in error or damaged, prior written authorization is required to return all goods. No returned products will be accepted for credit without an RA or return authorization, and all returned products are subject to a 35% restocking charge. We are not trying to be difficult, but to return a portable stage or related accessories just because you don’t like the look of it or you thought it was something different, that just is not a valid reason to send it back and expect a full refund. When you receive your new portable stage, you will notice how well it was packed, banded, and protected, and we do that so you will receive it in like-new condition. To return a stage, it would have to be packed, banded, and rewrapped exactly as you received it unused, on our original heavy duty pallet or, odds are, it would get damaged in the return shipping, and you will incur additional expenses and will not be happy. Again...please ask us about any questions or concerns before you purchase to make sure it is what you are looking for, as many of our items are just not easy to return.

For any other smaller items we Sell and Ship by Small Package:

If you have any other item other than mentioned above that you wish to return that was not shipped in error or damaged, prior written authorization is required to return all goods. No returned products will be accepted for credit without an RA or return authorization, and all returned products are subject to a 35% restocking charge. If an item is returned, no credit will be issued until the seller has had the opportunity to examine the returned goods at our place of business or Quik Stage has waived this requirement in writing. After examination of the returned goods and if they are in like-new condition, not used — i.e. exactly as how they were shipped — a credit will be issued within 5 business days or sooner for the full amount, less the 35% restocking fee and shipping charges. You are also responsible for the return shipping and all packaging charges, therein.

All claims for return of all Quik Stage products must be sent to us in writing within 7 days from the shipping date. Special or custom orders are not returnable, refundable, or non-cancelable once production has started. You will be asked to sign-off on any custom sized or logo orders before the order is processed, acknowledging that special or custom orders are not returnable. All custom orders need to be paid in full at the time of placing the order.

In the event that you receive damaged or wrong products, please contact your Quik Stage representative about replacement products or a refund.

Shipping Damage:

It is your responsibility to inspect all packages or pallet freight for any shipping damage or missing products. DO NOT sign for anything until you have looked at your shipment and verified it was not damaged or missing items. If you sign for your shipment and you later find out there was damage or has missing items, we are unable to file a claim on your behalf because you signed for it as acceptable. We have stickers all over our products and pallets that remind you to check your freight for shipping damage so please take the time to do so. In the event there is damage or you are missing items, go ahead and accept the shipment but make sure you note it on the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt and contact Quik Stage immediately and we will assist you with any claims or resolving the issue.

We will process any personal information provided to us or held by us relating to you in the manner set out in this statement. By submitting your information to us and using our website, you confirm your consent to the use of your personal information as set out in this Privacy Statement.

We may use your personal information together with other information for the purposes of processing your order, making decisions about, managing your account, administering the services we provide, and researching information for our demographic profiles.

We may use your email to market to you by Constant Contact for promotions or special offers throughout the year, but you have the option to opt-out at any time by clicking on unsubscribe at the bottom of each Constant Contact email blast. You can also ask us to remove you from any future email promotions by calling us toll free at 1-877-783-7373 or emailing us at and placing "Unsubscribe" in the subject line or in your email message. All you ever need to do is ask and it will be removed promptly, and we would truly appreciate it if you did not report us for spamming, as that is not our intention.

Quik Stage is the sole owner of the personal information we collect from our clients; we do not share it with any third party. We will not give, trade, or sell this information to any organization or business, or to any individual not employed by us. We treat all of our clients' personal information as confidential, and will not disclose it or use it except as explained in this statement or as required by law.

If a client provides personal information while in contact with our customer service departments, we will use it only for the purpose of customer service.

We will not sell a client's phone number to telemarketers or anyone else. You are entitled to a copy of the information we have about you. If you pay by credit card, we do not save any credit card information for future orders, even if you ask us to, so that we can remain PCI compliant. All credit card numbers we receive are shredded once we run your card. If you place orders by credit card on a regular basis, please understand that we have to ask you each time for your credit card information, as nothing is saved. If you paid for your order by credit card and we need to issue a credit at a later date, we will also need to get your card information again in order to process the credit, as we do not save it. If you placed an online order and need a credit issued, we only see the last 4 digits of your credit card number when you place your order, so we will have to ask you for your credit card information in order to issue any credits.
