Quik Stage Testimonials

As the owner of Quik Stage, I have always run my company with the above as my guide. In today's economy with low margins, high fuel costs and a host of other challenges, some companies look for every way possible to cut costs, just to survive. It has almost become acceptable to expect poor quality products and customer service and to just assume it is a sign of the times. That; however, is not how we do business.

At Quik Stage, we still do things the old fashioned way...by providing a high quality product at a competitive price, deliver it in a timely fashion and give you the customer service and support that you expect and deserve. Anyone can claim to be the best at what they do but somehow you have to be able to back up or substantiate those claims. And we can.

On a regular basis, we receive letters, e-mails or phone calls from many of our satisfied customers who tell us exactly how we are actually doing. She and I were discussing when we first bought our stage in 2006 and how the Quik Stage group hand delivered it, showing us how to put it up on uneven grass and made sure we were happy! People do not forget those extra steps that are given to ensure a happy customer. We didn't! And your hand delivery of our lift reminded us that it was not a fluke but a code that you choose to do business by.

A few years from now we will need to discuss a truss system or some other way to hang our banners but for now I think this third lift will help a lot!

Chris,

Before I found Quik Stage, we contacted another company that did "so called" custom stage skirting. We told them the color, sizes and numbers we needed and when we got the quote nothing was what we asked for. They dictated the colors and lengths contrary to our requests and they were more expensive than your quote for the same specs. We won’t make that mistake again.

Got the skirting on Tuesday a week before we asked you to get them to us. They were perfect. The colors matched perfect to the stage area and everything fit perfect to the specs we sent you. I got an email telling me exactly what day the skirts were to arrive and they did. A great surprise was the tags on the skirts matched the sizes we requested so there was no guess work determining which skirt went with which riser. You da man!! We will use Quik Stage for all our skirting needs in the future and I’ll make sure I tell everyone I know about you and your services. Thanks for a great experience.

We got delivery of the stage today, and did a test set-up. Everything worked great, we had all the pieces, it looks very nice, and the workmanship seems excellent. It's exactly what we need for our shows. Thanks for taking the time to answer all my questions and address all my concerns, it really made the difference! All the agonizing I did seems to have paid off. The stage is the perfect size and height for the venue. It's light enough for easy setup, yet very sturdy.
