Although we designed this to be a totally online company, meaning you will place all your orders online without the help of a salesperson, you will find our toll free number and e-mail address readily available if you need assistance with anything at all. Quick Shipping:

All the items listed in our online store are in stock in our warehouse ready to ship. Our goal is to never be out of any item but in the event they will be a shipping delay after your order is placed, we will contact you immediately.

Quality:

All of our stanchions and accessories are manufactured to our exact specifications and are not the same as the other imported products you will find online. Most imported retractable stanchions are shorter than our standard 40” height and also do not have the safety slow release brake system for the belts which we offer as standard and is included on all our retractable stanchions. Our design also allows any part including the belt cassette to be quickly replaced by you in minuets in the unlikely event you have any equipment failures. All of our stanchion products are very good quality and offered at a very competitive price direct to you and carry a 6 month bumper to bumper warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Variety:

We offer a good variety of crowd control products with numerous colors at a very good price and each item will be described in detail on exactly what it is. You will have to make the decision on what best fits your budget and what color you prefer before you decide to purchase. All of our stanchion products will be in-stock ready to ship on the same or next day, depending on the time the order was placed.

Must Order Two:

To maximize the value of our stanchions and reduce shipping costs, all retractable and rope stanchions are sold in pairs of two each and are shipped in a specially designed box with minimal assembly required. By breaking them down for shipping, your shipping costs are greatly reduced saving you even more money and increasing your value. All prices quoted are for each and not a pair.

Freight Charges:

Prices listed do not include freight and freight charges will be calculated at the end based on how many of what items you purchased. All items are shipped UPS Ground with expedited services also available at an additional charge. For large orders, please contact us directly before you purchase because we can probably find a lower freight rate with one of our LTL truck freight carriers.
