Weight:
4 x 8 standard decks with polyvinyl quad ripple deck surface weigh approximately 107 pounds each. Most of our competitor's decks weigh 20 to 60 pounds more, so just consider the cost savings on shipping alone. Lightweight, strong and easy to handle.
Legs:
Quik Stage 4 x 8 decks will use 6 legs instead of 4, giving it maximum stability and support. By using 6 legs, we can make the frame and deck surface lighter, which ultimately makes the deck lighter and less expensive. Legs have an additional 2" adjustable screw foot for fine leveling. Legs install in seconds with no tools and our stage decks can accept any of our available height legs.
Locks:
Each 4 x 8 deck comes standard with 6 coffin locks built in the frame for locking each deck side-by-side, end-to-end or side-to-end. This is a very easy way to lock decks into each other, offering you maximum stability. The only tool needed to assemble Quik Stage decks is a T-Handle, which we provide to activate the coffin locks.
Skirting:
All Quik Stage decks come standard with a ¾" strip of Velcro indented into the frame of the deck so you can easily attach skirting. Because it is indented, you can store the decks on their side without damaging the Velcro. There is no need for skirting clips with our staging.
