Pipe & Drape in the United States falls into two different groups, Slip Fit & Screw In;
Our manufacturer supplies both!
Slip Fit - “The Time Saver System” The main advantage of the Slip Fit system is that it can be set-up very quickly, especially when used in conjunction with our Storage Carts. This system uses a special nipple that is attached to the Slip Fit Base. The upright slides quickly and easily over the nipple. Every base is punched with three counter sunk holes so that the nipple can be positioned in the center of the base or at either edge. The 16” x 14”, 14” x 16” and 8” x 14” Bases have a stacking slot allowing the bases to be stagger-stacked, to save room. The 24” Slip Fit Base does not have a stacking slot.
Screw-In Bases - “The Space Saver System” The Screw In System utilizes a threaded nipple that is riveted into the bottom of the upright. Every base is manufactured with two extruded holes, one in the center of the base and one at the edge. The extruded hole guides the upright into the threaded hole. The second hole is useful when uprights are placed next to a wall. The nipples are attached to the upright with four steel rivets and are designed to be replaced, in the field, using simple hand tools. The Screw-In Base was designed with dimpled corners that allow the bases to be stacked. If space is a consideration, the Screw-In System is for you.

Our manufacturer offers only top quality 6063-T-6 aluminum tubing, produced to our stringent specifications and hardened to yield a Webster rating of 14. Uprights and Drape Supports feature a heavy duty .065 wall and each is inspected for fit and function. Every Upright and Drape Support is finished with a special clear anodization process to protect your drapes.
Note: Certain items have standard package quantities. If broken cartons are needed, a $5.00 charge per broken carton will apply. This charge will not apply to bases, items shipped in carts and replacement parts.

Fabric Care:
Banjo, Poly Knit, Poly Sateen, Expo Knit and Poly Premier may be machine washed in cold water with a mild detergent. Velour Drapes must be dry cleaned. All fabrics have passed NFPA 701 (Rev1989) and California flame testing; certificates are included with each order. Draperies are sewn with 4” hems as standard, except 3 x 12 drapes, which have 5” hems as standard. Other hem sizes and heights are available upon request.

Our manufacturers warranty: All Pipe & Drape products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of original shipment from our factory. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all such warranties are expressly and specifically disclaimed. In no event will Quik Stage, or it's employees, be responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits. Quik Stage cannot be held responsible for the performance of any shipping company or it's agents. Please contact a Quik Stage representative if you have any questions.
